Shipping & Returns



We are proud to use biodegradable, compostable and when possible, recycled packaging to send our little parcels of joy.  We promise to have your purchases ready to go within two business days, if not sooner. Please note though, any orders received after 4pm on a Thursday will not go out until the following Monday.  This is so your purchase is not sitting in courier storage over the weekend.  Once your parcel leaves our hands, please allow 3-10 working days for delivery.


As with just about everything, COVID-19 has caused shipping delays.  Our turnaround time has not changed - we will still have your purchases ready to go within two business days.  There may be delays after the parcel has left our hands.  The tracking info will keep you up to date though.


We offer $10 flat rate shipping for greater Brisbane region.

$12 flat rate shipping to anywhere in Australia.

Shipping is free for orders over $95.

Please note we cannot ship to a PO Box. 


We offer local pickup for all orders from our home based studio in Wooloowin, Brisbane. Once you have completed an order please email us to arrange collection.


At this stage, we are unable to ship outside of Australia.


Once your parcel leaves our hands, we will forward a tracking number to you so you can keep an eye on your purchase.


We want our customers to love our products as much as we love creating them. Our products are all handmade and can vary slightly due to the batch they were made in. Nevertheless, we want you to love them. If you have any issues please get in touch using the CONTACT US on this web page.  Please make sure you include your order number.


For all full priced items, you may return products to us for exchange or store credit within 7 days of receipt of the products, provided that the products are unopened and unused and are returned to us in the same condition as when we sent them.  The customer will be responsible for all additional shipping costs.

We are a small business and cannot offer a refund for change of mind.

Any sale products cannot be refunded unless faulty.


Honestly, we rarely have a faulty item however, these things happen.  If you believe your purchase is in anyway faulty, please contact us and provide a photo and we will send you a replacement - no cost to you.

Please remember though, our products are handmade which means, no two will look exactly alike and there may be imperfections.  This is not considered a fault.


We offer gift wrapping as a add on to any purchase.  If you are giving your purchase as a gift, we are able to send directly to the recipient. Saves you packing and shipping again.
